This Shipping Policy is issued by CM Limited Enterprises LLC, doing business as Supreme Lifestyles.

1. Overview

At Supreme Lifestyles, we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy explains how we ship orders placed on www.supremelifestyles.com.

  • Service: Standard Shipping
  • Price: Free shipping within the USA on most orders. Any exception is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Delivery time: 3 to 9 business days total
  • Destination: United States
  • Coverage: all products, unless a product page says otherwise
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
  • Supreme Lifestyles is owned and operated by CM Limited Enterprises LLC.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, because many of our carriers cannot deliver to them.

Future expansion: we plan to add more regions. When we do, this page will be updated.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: free within the USA on most orders. Any exception is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • No hidden fees: all shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Taxes: applicable taxes are added at checkout when required by law.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

  • Total time: 3 to 9 business days from when you place your order. This includes our handling time and the carrier's transit time.
  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Product exceptions: if an item needs extra time, its product page will show a note. That note overrides the general timing above.

5. Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Tracking

  • Carriers: orders ship with trusted national carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
  • Tracking: every shipment includes tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
  • Insurance: shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. Contact us if there is an issue.

6. Delivery Issues

Delayed or lost packages: if your delivery goes beyond the 3 to 9 business day window, contact us at support@supremelifestyles.com or (843) 281-7755.

Marked delivered but not received: please take these steps:

  • Confirm your shipping address.
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact us so we can help with a trace.

Damaged packages: within 48 hours of delivery, do both of the following:

7. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and the details of the missing item. We will send the missing item or issue a refund.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Some items cannot be returned. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

  • Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Restocking fee: non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refund timing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

9. Address Accuracy

Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
