If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: if a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it informally. Please contact our support team at support@supremelifestyles.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

Binding arbitration: if the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Horry County, South Carolina, unless both parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class action waiver: you agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, and not as part of any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions: either party may:

  • Bring a claim in small claims court, if eligible.
  • Seek injunctive relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

17.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. They supersede any prior agreements.

17.3 Waiver
